Hi guys! My name is Zelda. I'm the smallest member of the HVHC team. Sadly, something happened to my mom before I was even weaned, so I had to learn to survive on my own until Dr. Amy took me in! You will probably see me out and about playing with my brother Merlin!
Hello everybody! My name is Merlin, and I am the newest member of the Heartland team. I may be the friendliest kitty here and absolutely love ALL of the attention! I enjoy spending my days wandering around finding anyone who will pet me, including clients who are here for appointments. Be careful, I'm sneaky and will dart outside if you don't watch me closely!
Hello there! My name is Louie. I can be found causing trouble with my brother, Dante. I don't enjoy cuddles as much as he does, but will allow you to pet me! I have learned from Daisy how to scratch things I shouldn't, so my nails may also have colored caps on them.. how annoying! Update: I now live with my brother Dante at Dr. Don and Dr. Amy's house!
Dr. Amy Sunday
A 2012 Graduate of the Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine, Amy returns to northeast Kansas to provide veterinary services to her home town area. Dr. Sunday's practice also focuses on herd health and medical and surgical companion animal cases.
Sirena Mick, mother of three beautiful daughters and four lovely fur babies, comes to us with years of experience handling small animals. Sirena's hands-on training in caring for small animals at the local animal shelter has given her a great deal of insight in animal handling and her compassion for animals knows no boundaries.
Olivia hails from Wisconsin where she graduated from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls with degrees in Animal Science with an equine emphasis, and Dairy Science. Her passion lies in large animal reproduction, and she is excited to be involved in the embryo transfer program here at the clinic. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her horses, her family, and her boyfriend outdoors.
My name is Daisy, but I prefer to be referred to as the queen of the office! I do enjoy being loved on, but only on my terms. You may see me with colored toenails - this is because I can be naughty and scratch things I shouldn't, so the humans here put these pesky nail caps on.
Hi guys! My name is Dante. You will likely see me causing mischief around the clinic. If I'm not out running around, I'm probably on my mom (Dr. Amy's) lap! Daisy, Louie and I all have to wear pretty nail caps so we can't scratch things we shouldn't, but I'm very friendly and would love it if you stopped to pet me! Update: I now live with my brother Louie at Dr. Don and Dr. Amy's house!
